Call to Order: President Pete Gulliver called the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Carolina Shores Property Owners Association to order at 9:00 A.M.

Board Members Present: Pete Gulliver, Bob Jones, Kerry Jarrell, Al Franklin, Brent Horten, John Manning, and Mike Riccitelli.

Kerry Jarrell moved that the Board go into executive session to discuss a personnel issue. Bob Jones seconded the motion. The motion passed.

The Board went into executive session at 9:04 A.M.

The Board reconvened at 9:27 A.M.

Kerry moved that the Board grant authorization to terminate the office manager and, if necessary, the office assistant. Mike seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

John moved to adjourn. Bob seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 9:31 A.M.
