to the official web site of the Carolina Shores Property Owners Association
(CSPOA). Carolina Shores is a community of approximately 1200 properties,
with nearly 1,000 completed and occupied homes. Our population is a mixture
of retirees and younger families. We are part of the town of Carolina
Shores, North Carolina, located in the southeastern-most corner of the
state, just north of Myrtle Beach and minutes from several of the most
beautiful Atlantic coast beaches in the eastern United States. Development
of the Carolina Shores community began in 1973 and is still underway.
This
web site is designed to provide administrative information that is important
to the property owners of the Carolina Shores community. Anyone desiring
additional information about the CSPOA and the Carolina Shores community
