Welcome to the community of Carolina Shores! We have 1246 homesites with over 1100 homes built and with several homes now currently under construction; also, there are lots available for new construction.
The public golf course is privately owned, and many of our homes and lots are adjacent to one of the 18 holes.  Our amenities include the POA clubhouse, large pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, picnic area and an outdoor pavilion. There are over 20 active clubs including exercise, quilting, golf, tennis and pickleball. A monthly calendar of events is available.
Our community is in the Town of Carolina Shores, Brunswick County, which is the southeastern most corner of North Carolina.  The town of Calabash is adjacent to our neighborhood and is famous for “Calabash” style seafood. Fresh seafood is available for purchase on the Calabash waterfront.
Carolina Shores’s closest beaches include Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Cherry Grove Beach which is in South Carolina. Myrtle Beach, SC is about forty minutes to the south. Shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and beaches are the reason that many vacation here and then become residents.
The Carolina Shores POA (CSPOA) Board of Directors’ role is to protect property values and to preserve or improve the community’s quality of life. Elected Directors are residents who volunteer time and energy to manage the community.
This website includes the By-Laws, Rules & Regulations and the Declaration of Restrictions for our community. An active Architectural Control Committee (ACC) insures uniformity and preserves the “Tree City USA” status by the Arbor Day Foundation. Construction, remodeling, modifications, and tree removal are managed by the ACC. Also, herein are Bulletins, Board meeting minutes, and ACC request forms.
Come to Carolina Shores and Live the life you have imagined!

Jeff Alt, President, CSPOA
